Researchers at CeMM work in a truly supportive, non-hierarchical environment where medical doctors, biologists, chemists, engineers, physicists and mathematicians work side by side on a collegial, first-name basis.

At CeMM scientists benefit from being embedded within a strong collaborative culture. Researchers routinely exchange knowledge and expertise and there is a high level of co-publishing between the groups.

In addition, CeMM has excellent collaborative partnerships with the Vienna research community and clinicians at the Vienna General Hospital, in addition to many international connections.
