Price List CeMM Metabolomics Facility
The Metabolomics Facility at CeMM provides high-end, cost effective metabolomic services for academic researchers, biotech companies and pharmaceutical partners.
Our team offers to characterize metabolites in your sample (cells or tissues) under a given condition. Your samples can be very diverse and can include, but are not limited to, body fluids (plasma, serum, urine), cells, tissues, and feces. We provide targeted assays for all common metabolites but are also developing methods upon request.
We offer:
A targeted assay covering around 200 metabolites of central carbon metabolism and related pathways.
A targeted lipids assay covering phospholipids, sphingolipids, glycerolipids, and sterol-esters. Additionally, it includes glycosphingolipids and free cholesterol.
A sensitive targeted assay for amino acids and carnitines
A sensitive targeted assay targeting metabolites involved in the tricarboxylic acid and the urea cycle.
Metabolomic isotope tracing experiments
Focused analysis of fatty acids
