In preparation for the Vienna Science Ball (24 January 2026), CeMM has invited trainers from the dance academy Tanzschule Kopetzky to lead lessons in classical ballroom dancing. The lessons consist of two classes each. CeMMies may select one of two courses:

Course 1: Monday, 12 January and Wednesday, 14 January 2026
Course 2: Tuesday, 20 January and Thursday, 22 January 2026

All lessons will take place from 5:30 - 7:30 pm in the CeMM Seminar Rooms on level 8. 

Trainers from Tanzschule Kopetzky will provide instructions in the Viennese waltz, foxtrot, and additional dance styles. The lessons are meant for beginners and for those who wish to refresh their dancing skills. Experienced dancers are very welcome to join and support the lessons. Please be sure to wear shoes with smooth soles. Participation is free of charge, but we kindly ask you to register in advance before December 19.
