Anna Koren
Biosketch
Anna Koren obtained her Master’s degree in Biotechnical Processes from the University of Applied Sciences (FH) Wiener Neustadt/Tulln in 2011. Afterwards, she worked as a research assistant in the Quality Control Clinical Serology department at Valneva Austria GmbH, mainly focusing on assay development and testing of clinical samples in a GCLP environment. In 2014, Anna joined CeMM as a Technical Assistant in Stefan Kubiceks lab and the Chemical Screening Platform (PLACEBO), where she took over the position as Head of Chemical Screening in September 2020. She is an expert in cellular and biochemical high-throughput and high-content screening and, together with her team, has supported numerous research projects within CeMM but also with external collaboration partners.rometry.
