Women in Science Symposium
The International Day of Women and Girls in Science is designed to celebrate, highlight, and support the experiences of women across scientific disciplines. The event aims to create a space for open dialogue about scientific careers, personal journeys, and the structural challenges that shape different professional paths. By bringing together female scientists with diverse careers, we want to offer participants both inspiration and practical insights on how to navigate and thrive in the scientific world. Creating better conditions for women in science helps build a healthier, more inclusive, and more sustainable scientific culture that benefits everyone.

Time: 1 - 6 pm
The event wil end with an informal networking dinner, and is structured in three parts:
Part 1: Keynote lecture and impulse talks
Part 2: 20-minute thematic discussions in sub-groups
Part 3: Reflection on lessons learned and ideas gathered
