Advancing Gender Equality

To address gender imbalance in leading positions at CeMM, we joined the H2020-funded project “LIBRA. In collaboration with 12 leading European research institutes of the EU-LIFE alliance, we are actively working on improving our institute's policies in four key areas: recruitment policies and procedures, career development and training, work-life balance, and the integration of sex and gender dimension of research.
