Biomedical Sequencing Facility (BSF)
The Biomedical Sequencing Facility (BSF) is Austria’s first dedicated platform for next-generation sequencing (NGS) in biomedicine. BSF plays a pivotal role in advancing genomic medicine by providing researchers with access to high-throughput sequencing technologies and expert support for genome-driven discovery and precision medicine.
Molecular Discovery Platform (MDP)
The Molecular Discovery Platform (MDP) accelerates the identification and analysis of bioactive molecules, including proteins, metabolites, and innovative synthetic compounds. Leveraging advanced technologies such as liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), high-throughput screening (HTS), and high-content analysis (HCA), MDP enables data-driven exploration of molecular function and therapeutic potential.
