CeMM has a diverse community and an active social life. The annual social calendar includes numerous outings, retreats, Christmas and Halloween parties, an international food festival, participation in the Vienna city marathon relay and a soccer tournament with the local Vienna science community. In addition, CeMM employees can join a number of different social groups (including crafting, running, and climbing) and yoga classes are held on site. The CeMM cafeteria on the top floor of the building also provides CeMM staff with a great place to meet, relax and enjoy a coffee or lunch with a panoramic view of the city.
